Designed by Caruso St John Architects for a competition in Munich, Chalk Studios was commissioned to build the supporting model.

Printed entirely on our high resolutions 3D printer, the digital model was broken up into elevations to reduce cost and time and rebuilt around an acrylic substructure. The baseboard was made externally (by hand) so Chalk Studios scanned it and used the data obtained to trim the bottom off the building prior to printing in order to match the building to the pre-existing contours of the base.
